Run the comp audit on your own roster.

Two fast audits: pay-drift (creep vs. your ranges) and comp-waste (pay above your band ceilings). Upload your pay data + ranges; validation is free and shows exactly which rows are audit-ready — nothing is silently dropped. Running the audit requires a purchased access token; the report is watermarked to the buyer and re-runnable on corrected data while the entitlement is active. Analyses your data can't feed are reported as not computable, with what would unlock them — never fabricated.

1 · Your roster (CSV)

Required: a pay-rate column (ratePaid / salary) and a range — midpoint, min+max, or a grade reference. Optional: unit, function, level, performance tier, bonus.

3 · Run the audit

Requires the access token from your comp-audit purchase (from ~$1,500 per audit — see the services page). The token keys the run; the report is watermarked to your entitlement.
