Terms of Service

We provide people-analytics and compensation tools, datasets, reference resources, and APIs at posted prices. What each product does, and its price, is stated on the product page before you buy. Free tiers are provided so you can evaluate before paying.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to upload any data you submit for analysis.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are posted; a purchase grants the entitlement described on the product page. If a product does not work as described, contact us at mike@peopleanalyst.com and we will make it right or refund the purchase.

You own the data you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process it for the analyses you request. Cross-customer benchmarks are built only from aggregated statistics that pass a minimum group-size (min-N) gate; individual-level data is never disclosed and never sold. See the Privacy Policy for the full data practices.

The tools, models, canonical references (including the JobFrame canon), and site content are ours or our licensors'. A purchase grants you the usage rights described on the product page; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying tools, models, or reference data.

Do not attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated outputs, resell or redistribute datasets beyond the granted license, probe or disrupt the services, or use them to violate applicable law (including employment and privacy law).

Our tools produce statistical estimates and decision support, stated with their uncertainty wherever applicable. They inform decisions; they do not replace your judgment or constitute legal advice. Wage-compliance outputs summarize jurisdictional rules as ingested and dated; verify against the controlling statute for legal filings.

The services are provided as described on each product page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy first.

When these terms change, we update the effective date above. Material changes are announced on the site or by email to account holders.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts of Pennsylvania.
