HRIS mapping runs

Each run maps a tenant's imported HRIS jobs to the canonical taxonomy. Open a run to review predicted mappings and accept or correct them. Corrections are recorded as tenant overlays — global canon is never changed.

No mapping runs yet. Import an HRIS file and trigger a bulk mapping run (POST /api/spokes/job-family-agent/hris/mapping-runs), or apply the JobFrame seed.
